Unbeknownst to anyone, [the show from Uniondale, New York at the legendary Nassau Coliseum on March 25, 1988] was to be the last show Frank Zappa would ever play in the United States. Because of this, we decided to pick this performance to be the main focus of the first archival concert release from the 1988 tour, presenting almost the entire performance (along with some tracks from Towson, MD & Providence, RI) remixed from the original 48 track digital master tapes. Back in '88, FZ was recording the shows using two Sony 3324 DASH PCM 24 track tape recorders synced together using a Lynx Time Code Module, thus providing 48 track recording capabilities. The tapes were transferred at their master resolution of 44.1K16B to .WAV files. Enjoy!

Ike may have been referring to opening act Hot Tuna.
"It's Garry Shandling's Show"
I think FZ intended this as a musical quotation from This Is The Theme To Garry's Show.
But these guys did it much better than FZ did!
The joke about "It's Garry Shandling's Show" in "The Torture Never Stops Pt. I"? I think that was made since Flo & Eddie were guest-stars on the show around that time, and the duo considered rejoining Zappa in 1987 before dropping out for various reasons. I could be wrong though, but the episode they appeared in did premiere a few days into the tour.
Flo & Eddie appeared in episode 2-13 "Save The Planet", which was broadcast on February 5, 1988.

Mike, just noticed the 16th note guitar fill in "City Of Tiny Lights" before "maybe you should know." [...]Mike Keneally
"Alien Orifice," first two bars of the 16th note section.
Pound (Brother A. West completely removed)
Texas Motel Medley (intro from different show, possibly to remove A. West's adlib, though there's also a very ugly bum note from Mike?)
I'm The Walrus (i THINK that some of the intro is from Towson?, prob. for flow)
All compositions by Frank Zappa except as noted
