I've just noticed that the track "Baked-Bean Boogie" on YCDTOSA contains a part of the Gumbo Variations. [0:28-0:46 on "Baked-Bean"]—it's right at the beginning of Gumbo, at 0:51-1:08 (what I would call the "theme").
