Using various methods, I believe that I have identified all but one of the tracks. I could not identify the source for "Watts" on Disc Five. I originally thought it was from 1974 because of George's unmistakable piano, but I don't hear Ruth and the drums could be either Terry or Chester, so it's either from '74 or '75.

I think this is actually a live recording without the studio- rerecorded vocal and drums heard on Them Or Us.

"[Munchkin] Tits" on the Zut Alors lp in the 10-record Mystery Box bootleg is the same solo.
The Randomomium/BtB III ["America Drinks & Goes Home"] track is indeed from the Donahue interview: https://archive.org/details/C_1968_XX_XX (pt. 1 from 0:25)
Ray's monologue and Frank's intro to the next song must be from the same live performance, while Agency Man is the officially released studio version (full length). I suppose the FZ statement "a little over a year ago in New York" is a reference to the Apostolic outtake, not the live cut preceding it.
In the live intro (to whatever song), FZ says "a long time ago, when we worked here back in the olden days, we got fired from this club circuit". He might well have been referring to Sunset Strip before the curfew. The earliest date I have found where such a remark would have made sense, is Whisky a Go Go 1968-07-23. It could have been some other LA club in 1968, not registrered in the Gig List.
